Where Impact travels beyond borders.

The P.A.D.S. Project (Prepared and Driven for Success) is a global empowerment initiative designed to empower girls and young women in under-resourced communtities by providing access to menstrual health resources, education, and leadership opportunities. The initiative equips participants with the knowledge, confidence, and agency to manage their menstrual health with dignity, while cultivating the skills to advocate for themselves, their peers, and their communities.

Thirteen years in—and menstrual equity still matters.

Our Approach

Through education, mentorship, and practical support, the program fosters confidence, self-worth, and leadership, helping girls overcome stigma and barriers that can hinder their participation in school, work, and community life. It also encourages participants to use their voices to create lasting change, both locally and globally, around menstrual equity and gender justice.

The initiative offers opportunities for companies and organizations to partner with our global efforts, connecting employees with our girls’ leadership and menstrual equity programs in underserved regions across Africa and other international locations.

Through this model, companies sponsor a One Million Girls program hub or workshop within a partnering school overseas and engage their employees in a meaningful, purpose-driven volunteer experience—without the need for international travel.
