Our program offerings are designed to meet the needs of girls and young women in under-resourced communities around the world.

Rooted in equity and access, our work responds to the realities girls face across diverse cultural, educational, and socioeconomic contexts, while centering their dignity, voice, and leadership potential.

We work closely with corporate partners and volunteers who are committed to meaningful social impact, connecting their desire to support local communities or advance global initiatives with a flexible framework that aligns with organizational social impact values.

For more than a decade, One Million Girls has empowered girls through culturally responsive, hands-on programming centered on confidence-building, leadership development, and menstrual health education.

We’ve served communities throughout the United States and internationally, including Dakar, Senegal; Monrovia, Liberia; and Northern Ghana.
