Developing Confident Leaders and Change makers!
SpeakHER Power is a leadership development and career readiness experience designed to equip middle and high school girls in underserved communities with confidence, communication skills, and leadership capacity.
Our Approach
Through immersive, hands-on learning experiences, girls are challenged to find their voice, own their story, and develop the leadership and civic agency to create change — in their own lives and in their communities.
Companies, schools, and community-based organizations partner with us to deliver interactive experiences that center leadership, public speaking, and representation. Through skill-building workshops, civic advocacy challenges, and professional exposure, girls develop their voice, build real-world skills, and grow the confidence to identify challenges in their communities and lead with bold solutions. Girls also have the opportunity to connect with women professionals whose lived experiences bring possibilities to life.
The result is a powerful, confidence-building experience that equips girls with new skills and opportunities, a deeper sense of what she's capable of, and the confidence to lead.
