Amanda Dzurishin-Bissol

Amanda Dzurishin-Bissol is an accomplished operations executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in the hospitality and facilities services sectors. She has led multi-site operations teams and delivered significant growth through strategic process optimization, client retention initiatives, and a strong focus on operational excellence and safety. Amanda recently joined the Xylem team where she will oversee operations for the Utilities Services sector.
Known for her ability to turn around challenging situations and foster high-performing cultures, Amanda has held progressive leadership roles and driven award-winning guest satisfaction, sales growth, and top profit margins. She also led critical enterprise initiatives, including COVID-19 return-to-office planning across domestic and international portfolios.
Deeply committed to people development and inclusive leadership, Amanda co-chaired Aramark’s EMPOWER Employee Resource Group in Greater Philadelphia, designing professional development programs, networking events, and team-building initiatives that strengthened career growth and camaraderie. She also developed training and mentorship programs to develop emerging leaders.
Amanda earned her MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph's University this past May and holds undergraduate degrees in Biology and Spanish from Temple University. She also has certifications in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Project Management (PMP). She is passionate about mentoring the next generation and empowering young women to confidently own their stories and step into leadership.
