Renee Wilson is a legal professional, entrepreneur, event producer, and creative visionary whose career spans law, business, fashion, and community leadership. She holds a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, an MBA in Marketing Management from Southern Connecticut State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.

As a paralegal specialist, business consultant, and operations strategist, Renee is the founder and principal consultant of RZ Wilson & Associates, a boutique firm managing legal and administrative support, operational consulting, and event production for nonprofits, real estate developers, and private enterprises nationwide. Through the firm, she has produced and managed corporate retreats, conferences, galas, fundraisers, pageants, and community events for clients across the country and internationally.

Renee is also the owner and designer of Ehtyl B, a fashion brand specializing in custom garments, alterations, and rental pieces for celebrity stylists, music videos, and photoshoots. Her designs have been featured in numerous publications and showcased on runways including New York Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week, Art Basel, Los Angeles Fashion Week, and Monrovia Fashion Week.

Committed to mentorship and community impact, Renee serves as Executive Director of the Miss Liberia Global Union, Vice President of the Liberian United Women in Progress (LUWIP), and a board member of One Million Girls. A member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated since 2005, she continues to lead at the local, state, regional, and international levels while inspiring others through her work in law, business, and nonprofit leadership.
